The Foundation Year Network (FYN) is a network to represent, promote and support good practice in foundation year provision. Find out more here.

Aston University is proud to be hosting the 2022 Foundation Year Network Annual Conference (FYNAC).

The conference will be taking place on 11th and 12th July 2022 at the Main Campus of Aston University but with digital elements.

The overarching theme for the conference is Communities of Learning, with presentations and workshops focused on the following topics:

  1. Creating Communities of Learning via Pastoral Support

  2. Creating Communities of Learning via Academic Support

  3. Outreach and Community Engagement

  4. Blended Learning and Delivery

We are keen for the conference to bring together the different voices that contribute to these communities and so are looking for submissions from academics, students, professional staff, outreach organisations and beyond.
